Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and consult with clients and colleagues in a timely manner and in accordance with triage priorities.
• Liaise with patients, hospitals and medical staff worldwide to ensure correct treatment is given.
• Complete accurate and focused reviews and reports.
• Deal with all calls in confidence and in an empathetic manner.
