Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking its first Group Treasurer to own treasury across multiple currencies and entities. You will manage FX hedging, cash flow forecasting, intercompany funding and reporting to the CFO and Board.

Based in the UK, you will build treasury processes, enhance banking relationships and ensure robust controls, with hybrid work including weekly remote days. This is a high-impact role for a growth-focused tech beauty business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing treasury in a multi-currency, multi-entity setup.
• Hands-on FX hedging and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience with intercompany funding.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP familiarity.
• Strong communication with non-finance teams; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• FX and risk management: manage FX exposure and hedging.
• Cash management and forecasting: own cash flow forecast and variances.
• Banking and payments: build bank relationships and optimise costs.
• Reporting: monthly treasury reports to CFO/Board and scenario planning.
• Governance and controls: maintain treasury policy and KYC for new entities.
