Job summary

Finatal is hiring a Senior Treasury Manager to lead the global treasury function within a PE-backed international business. This UK-based role offers remote work and reports to the Head of Treasury and Tax, combining operations, transformation and strategic financing in a fast-growing environment.

You will manage cash, liquidity, banking relationships, debt facilities and FX risk, while guiding treasury governance and a future operating model.

Qualifications

• Multinational corporate treasury experience.
• Strong cash management, liquidity, banking, debt, FX and treasury controls.
• Experience in private equity-backed, leveraged, carve-out or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
• Professional treasury or accounting qualification (ACT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTP or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in remote, fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cash management, liquidity forecasting and working capital reporting.
• Oversee banking relationships, cash positioning, intercompany funding and treasury operations.
• Support debt facilities, lender management, covenant compliance and refinancing activities.
• Manage FX and interest rate risk in line with treasury policy.
• Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including systems implementation and process improvements.
• Strengthen treasury controls, governance and reporting across a multinational organisation.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Tax and Legal stakeholders globally.
• Support and develop junior team members while helping shape the future treasury operating model.
