Job summary

Grosvenor Group Treasury is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee daily cash management, risk controls and reporting across the Group. You will lead treasury operations, drive improvements, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

The role requires a degree in Finance or equivalent, solid back-office treasury experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. A focus on automation and technology, including TMS/CMS, is desirable.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level, preferably in Finance or similar.
• Strong experience in a Treasury Back Office Manager role or equivalent, with a good understanding of treasury risk management.
• Experience with treasury systems and online banking platforms, ideally including TMS, CMS, and market data and research platforms.
• A healthy curiosity to improve ways of working.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, problem solving & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight & coordination of daily cash management operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and settlement activities.
• Internal & external Treasury Reporting, including annual covenant compliance.
• Operational oversight and maintenance of Treasury systems, including static data and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring and preparation of liquidity and counterparty risk reports and providing market indicator commentary.
• Ownership of KYC, regulatory reporting, bank mandates and account maintenance processes.
• Maintaining control logs, process documentation and audit evidence for key Treasury activities.
• Identification & implementation of opportunities to automate and improve processes.
• Execution & support for Treasury change projects, including testing and issue resolution.
