Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our Global Travel Retail & Shopper Marketing practice across Europe, IMEA, APAC and the Americas. You will shape strategy, build trusted client relationships and deliver integrated campaigns across airports, duty-free and retail environments.

You will oversee budgets, drive commercial growth, and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with strategy, creative, production and project management to ensure excellence across all

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders and strategic accounts.
• Experience leading global campaigns and activation toolkits across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of travel retail, airport retail, omnichannel marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of Global Travel Retail & Shopper Marketing campaigns and client relationships.
• Develop client objectives, shopper insights and market trends to guide strategy.
• Oversee annual planning, performance reviews and budget reporting.
• Mentor Account Managers and Senior Managers to build a high-performing team.
