Job summary

Siemens Mobility Goole is seeking a Transport logistics coordinator to optimize capacity planning and space management across warehouses. You will lead on efficient layout, on-site inbound/outbound logistics, and ensure timely delivery to the assembly line.

Responsibilities include end-to-end transport management, customs coordination, and data-driven improvements while maintaining high service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international transport logistics with customs know-how.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and invoicing.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transportation logistics including inbound deliveries and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate customs procedures and special transport arrangements.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain logistics data and daily shipment tracking, including SAP processes.
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation with customs requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics operations.
