You will unite transformation activity across global markets into a single delivery roadmap, prioritise programs, govern delivery, and drive measurable business impact, with AI and automation forming part of the agenda.

• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation and portfolio delivery in global or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of tech-enabled transformation including AI, data, automation and operating models.
• Solid grasp of operational processes and strategic planning.
• Experience establishing portfolio governance, delivery rhythms, and executive reporting.
• Experience building or improving project management capability with standards and templates.

• Develop and implement transformation strategies to meet business objectives.

Job Description

Head of Transformation role brings together transformation activity across global markets into a single, integrated delivery roadmap, ensuring programs of work are prioritised, governed and executed with clear outcomes, disciplined delivery practices and measurable business impact. AI and automation will form part of the transformation agenda, and this role will ensure these opportunities are assessed and mobilised as part of a broader global transformation portfolio. This role will also own and improve the project management capability and practice across Corporate Markets globally, establishing consistent standards, tools, governance, reporting and delivery capability to support high-quality execution across global markets and business lines.

• Develop and implement transformation strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identify, shape and prioritise transformation initiatives that improve client outcomes, operational effectiveness, scalability, risk management and commercial performance across the global business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Transformation should have:

• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation, portfolio delivery, program management or business change functions within complex, global or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled transformation, including how process, data, automation, AI and operating model change can be used to deliver business outcomes.
• A solid understanding of operational processes and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated experience establishing portfolio governance, delivery rhythms, executive reporting and benefits realisation disciplines.
• Experience building or improving project management capability, including standards, frameworks, tools, templates and communities of practice.

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to facilitate alignment and decision-making across diverse groups.

• Commercially astute, pragmatic and outcome-focused, with strong judgement in prioritising initiatives, managing trade-offs and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong people leadership capability with experience building and leading high-performance global teams, uplifting capability and creating a delivery culture built on accountability, collaboration and trust.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive organisational change.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

What’s on Offer

• A salary ranging from £140,000 to £160,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Standard benefits package.
