Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Transfer Pricing professional in Stevenage to manage intra-group pricing, maintain TP databases and dashboards, and support annual reporting. The role reports to the Group Head of Transfer Pricing and involves working with an international team across Europe, with some travel.

The package includes hybrid working (2–3 days on-site) and a competitive salary of circa £55,000, subject to experience.

Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting and financial information with ACA/ACCA/CIMA; experience in transfer pricing or economics degree with training available.
• Ability to track and coordinate multiple tasks and handle varying asks from the business.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel; familiarity with Alteryx, Power BI or similar data-tools; ability to present data to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams across the business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enquiries on pricing of intra-group transactions from within the business and from tax authorities.
• Maintain and update transfer pricing databases and dashboards for internal monitoring and reporting.
• Drive improvements to internal processes; work with accounting and systems teams to track/report intercompany pricing and defence-file maintenance.
• Develop training materials and models to help set prices across the finance community.
