Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a transfer pricing professional to join an international team of 15, focusing on pricing of intra-group transactions, coordinating with the business and tax authorities, and maintaining TP databases.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern with on-site 2-3 days per week, a company bonus up to £2,500, a strong pension, and opportunities to develop skills in data analysis, reporting, and cross-border projects across Europe.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification required or highly regarded.
• Transfer pricing experience or degree in economics useful; training can be provided.
• Ability to track multiple tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Strong Excel skills with experience handling large data sets.
• Experience presenting data to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication across different parts of the business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enquiries on intra‑group pricing from the business and tax authorities.
• Maintain and update transfer pricing databases and create dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvements to internal processes and controls.
• Collaborate with accounting and systems teams to track intercompany pricing.
• Support annual reporting and maintenance of defence files.
• Provide training and develop pricing models for others.
• Assist tax with business changes and new transactions; work with legal on intra‑group agreements.
