Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead compliance work, including local and master files, and TP returns, across multiple jurisdictions. The role focuses on client relationship development and project delivery within UK TP Compliance.

The role offers location flexibility in Birmingham or Manchester with potential home working options and opportunities for career progression within a high-growth team.

Qualifications

• CTA/CA/ACA/ACCA qualification or economics/finance/law degree.
• At least 5 years of transfer pricing experience with local files, benchmarking and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global transfer pricing compliance projects including local files, master files and TP returns across jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for TP compliance projects.
• Project management for provision of TP services and coordination across teams.
• Conduct functional interviews to understand activities and value drivers for TP analyses.
• Prepare/review benchmarking analyses (TNMM and CUP) and TP policies.
• Understand and implement transfer pricing technology for local file prep and reviews.
• Support clients with tax authority enquiries and cross-team coordination.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; contribute to continuous improvement.
