Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager (Compliance and Transformation) in the Manchester/Birmingham area. You will lead global TP compliance projects, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the TP function.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in transfer pricing, strong project management, and a proven ability to coordinate across UK and international teams while leveraging KPMG’s TP technology to prepare local and master files and related analyses.

Qualifications

• CTA/CA/ACA/ACCA or economics/finance degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of transfer pricing experience including documentation and local files.
• Experience conducting functional interviews and benchmarking analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead global transfer pricing compliance projects (local/master files, TP returns).
• Develop and maintain client relationships for TP compliance.
• Project management for service delivery in multi-jurisdiction contexts.
• Conduct functional interviews to understand activities and value drivers.
• Prepare/Review benchmarking analyses (TNMM, CUP).
• Review TP policies and utilise TP technology for local files.
• Coordinate with cross‑team experts across jurisdictions.
