Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative, technical or closely related subject.
- Practical Python programming skills are a must have.
- Strong judgement and the ability to stay composed when responding to live issues.
- Clear communication across regions and teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying and improving inefficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring live positions, P&L, exposures and risk limits.
- Investigating trading alerts and escalating issues appropriately.
- Overseeing the health and performance of systematic strategies.
- Carrying out hedging, trade booking and other time-sensitive actions.
- Supporting position rolls, option expiries and corporate actions.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and market counterparties.
- Developing scripts and tools to improve monitoring and operational workflows.
- Supporting the launch and ongoing coverage of new products and markets.
