Job summary

ExxonMobil Global Trading in London invites ambitious graduates to join a fast-paced program designed to develop foundational trading skills. You will rotate through Trader Development and Trading Analytics, Data and AI teams, gaining hands-on experience in operations, risk and analytics from day one.

To be eligible you should hold a 2:1 degree, be graduating in 2027 or a recent graduate, and demonstrate analytical, numerical and collaborative abilities.

Qualifications

• Have at least a 2:1 degree in any subject.
• Be graduating in 2027 or have graduated in the last 3 years (2024–2026).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gaining real job experience from day one across trading roles.
