Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented logistics/compliance professional to manage international and EU commercial invoices and compliance documentation. The role coordinates with transport providers, maintains HTS code data, and ensures orderly traffic documentation and filing.

You will maintain customs requests, log order details, and support a smooth cross-border operation while upholding confidentiality and strong communication with partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel knowledge.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office mainly Excel and Outlook

• Some customs and traffic experience
• Basic knowledge of Traffic/Customs procedures and policies.
• Basic Knowledge of HTS code system

Responsibilities

• Create International & EU Commercial Invoice and following the customer green line process
• Provide all required Licenses and Documents that are required for International & EU Compliance
• Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies
• Maintains traffic documentation and records
• Maintains traffic queue
• Maintain HTS code data base
• Maintain and organize HYVE Customs request
• Logs order information into computer and files and distributes paperwork
