Job summary

Fireblocks seeks a Global Total Rewards Lead to own compensation and benefits across markets. You’ll oversee two annual cycles, build global salary bands, and ensure pay equity while aligning with local regulatory needs.

In this high-visibility role you’ll partner with People Ops, Finance, and Talent Acquisition, applying data-driven insights to attract top tech talent in a fast-growing global company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience in tech industry pay structures and equity compensation is required.
• Proficiency with Radford for market data benchmarking and bands.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and mid-year review cycles end-to-end, including budgeting and communications.
• Manage global compensation architecture, bands, pricing, and pay equity analysis.
• Design and implement global benefits programs across multiple countries.
• Partner with TA, Finance, and leaders on offers, budgeting, and market intel.
• Monitor pay equity and compliance with evolving global laws.
