Job summary

Aspire Recruitment in Manchester is seeking an International Sales Executive for textiles and apparel. You will be the key contact for new and existing customers, developing opportunities and converting leads into long-term accounts.

Reporting to the Director of Apparel Sales, you will identify prospective customers across fashion brands, manage accounts, and promote specialist fabrics while hitting monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' experience in a sales environment.
• Strong B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
• Track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Confidence approaching prospective customers and generating new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial and target-driven mindset.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and approaching prospective customers across the fashion and apparel industry.
• Generating new leads and converting opportunities into long-term customers.
• Promoting specialist fabric collections to brands, manufacturers and distributors.
• Working towards monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding requirements.
• Preparing quotations and arranging product samples.
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent service.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales process.
