Job summary

Wireless Logic in Reading seeks a Senior Procurement Category Lead – Technology to shape and execute the global procurement strategy across technology spend, including software, cloud, cybersecurity, IT infra, hardware and professional services.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal and Information Security to lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and supplier performance management, delivering measurable commercial value.

Qualifications

• Significant procurement and category management experience within technology, IT or telecommunications spend.
• Experience leading complex sourcing activities and contract negotiations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to analyse pricing and total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the global procurement strategy for technology spend.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFI/RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
• Manage supplier relationships, governance, SLA monitoring and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security and Finance on risk and contractual obligations.
• Provide procurement support for major technology transformation programmes.
