Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee site surveys, installations, and maintenance for UK and worldwide contracts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and ensure rigorous documentation and compliance across MOD and Police contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical operations and customer-facing contracts, ideally in communications or defence sectors.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Deep understanding of downlink communication systems and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Site survey and installation oversight for UK and worldwide locations.
