Job summary

The role requires a STEM degree and strong PM experience in SaaS/CX environments, with emphasis on timely, within-budget delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
• Strong experience in project management within the technology sector, preferably SaaS and CX.
• Consistent achievement and surpassing of customer expectations.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish within deadlines.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, and/or hardware and software development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Motivational skills to drive team success.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects using the established PM methodology with appropriate documentation and control.
• Deliver projects within time, cost, and quality tolerances.
• Maintain high-standard project documentation and deliverables meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and implement test plans aligned with customer requirements.
• Manage virtual project teams as required.
• Establish a single point of contact for customers with clear escalation paths.
• Manage customer communications throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
