Emerging Travel Group is seeking an experienced legal professional to join its global team as a remote Senior Legal Counsel. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, assess regulatory risks, and advise on consumer protection and digital platform regulation for online travel products across multiple jurisdictions.

In this role you will coordinate with in-house teams and external counsel, support international expansion, and help design compliant business and payment flows.

Formación

• 7+ years of post‑qualification experience in international legal matters.
• In-house experience supporting consumer tech, travel, or OTA businesses.
• Strong knowledge of EU, UK and US regulatory frameworks for online platforms.
• Ability to coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and public-facing legal docs.
• Structure contracting frameworks and identify risks with practical solutions.
• Support design and launch of new travel products, booking flows and payment models.
• Advise on consumer protection, e-commerce, and regulatory requirements for online travel.
• Lead regulatory changes, coordinate external counsel, and translate legal advice into business actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on market entry and expansion initiatives.
