Job summary
Trustonic is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing UK team. You’ll lead commercial contracting, compliance, and governance work in a fast‑growing cybersecurity SaaS environment.

Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor, barrister or attorney with practising certificate in England & Wales.
- Experience advising on commercial contracts and regulatory matters.
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Experience in‑house is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently with strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across product and sales.
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to enable business outcomes.
- Support data protection and regulatory compliance activities.
- Assist with corporate governance activities, board materials and filings.
