AT Talent - Rec2Rec is a Manchester-based recruitment specialist focused on Go-To-Market teams for venture-backed tech companies. The Delivery Consultant will identify, engage and qualify high-quality candidates for a range of technical and commercial roles, working with experienced leaders on live client requirements across international markets.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6–18 months of sales or recruitment experience.
• Focused on delivering high-quality candidate profiles and client briefs.
• Willingness to learn and develop in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates for specialist roles.
• Build and nurture talent pools across relevant technology and commercial markets.
• Conduct in-depth conversations to assess experience and fit with client briefs.
• Qualify candidates against detailed client requirements and present profiles.
• Manage candidates through interview and offer stages with excellent communication.
• Collaborate with consultants and hiring managers to meet live vacancies.
• Develop market knowledge and contribute to division growth.
