Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is offering a Graduate Tax Trainee program designed to develop your expertise in tax through practical client work and professional study. You will gain exposure to Employment Tax, Global Mobility, Immigration and Equity Reward while supporting clients with advisory and compliance tasks.

You will study toward a fully funded professional qualification and build confidence to impact client outcomes from day one, in a collaborative, technology‑driven team environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Achieved a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points from your top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or other Level 3 qualifications.
• Achieved or predicted a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support organisations with global workforce challenges, helping them attract, reward and support their people.
• Work on tax compliance, including preparing tax returns and payroll instructions for employers and employees.
• Provide advisory support to employers and employees, helping them understand and navigate tax and workforce matters.
• Research legislation and workforce trends to understand how changes affect businesses and their people.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues, developing your communication and advisory skills.
• Use technology, data and AI-powered tools to support innovative solutions and improve the client experience.
• Create presentations, reports and client communications, helping to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
• Gain exposure to Employment Tax, Global Mobility, Immigration and Equity Reward, giving you insight into how organisations attract, reward and support their people.
