Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK invites driven graduates to join the Global Employer Solutions team as Tax Trainees. You will learn how international careers and workforce planning intersect with tax, technology and client advisory while studying towards a fully funded professional qualification.

You’ll gain exposure to Employment Tax, Global Mobility, Immigration and Equity Reward, building practical advisory skills and client-facing confidence from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Minimum 112 UCAS tariff points from top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or other Level 3 qualifications.
• Achieved or predicted a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support organisations with global workforce challenges, helping them attract, reward and support their people.
• Work on tax compliance, including preparing tax returns and payroll instructions for employers and employees.
• Provide advisory support to employers and employees, helping them understand and navigate tax and workforce matters.
• Research legislation and workforce trends to understand how changes affect businesses and their people.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues, developing communication and advisory skills.
• Use technology, data and AI-powered tools to support innovative solutions and improve the client experience.
• Create presentations, reports and client communications to explain complex topics clearly.
