Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is offering a Graduate Tax Trainee role designed to help you understand how tax affects business performance and decisions. You’ll study towards a fully funded professional qualification while gaining real client exposure across international careers and workforce planning.

You’ll work with our Global Employer Solutions team, building skills in tax compliance, advisory services and technology-driven solutions that enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or equivalent.
• 112 UCAS tariff points from top three qualifications.
• Achieved or predicted a 2:1 degree classification.

Responsibilities

• Support organisations with global workforce challenges, attracting and rewarding their people.
• Work on tax compliance, including preparing tax returns and payroll instructions.
• Provide advisory support to employers and employees on tax and workforce matters.
• Research legislation and workforce trends to understand impact on businesses.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues, developing communication skills.
• Use technology, data and AI-powered tools to support innovative solutions.
• Create presentations, reports and client communications to explain complex topics.
• Gain exposure to Employment Tax, Global Mobility, Immigration and Equity Reward.
