Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in International Corporate Tax Advisory (ICTA) in Reading. You will advise major global clients on international tax issues, cross-border M&A, and tax strategy, working with leading Partners and a high-performing team.

You’ll shape international tax solutions across markets and industries, guiding complex restructurings and BEPS-related challenges. You’ll collaborate with UK and international colleagues to deliver innovative tax advice, manage risk, and help clients

Qualifications

• Strong UK tax technical skills with cross-border focus (CFCs, anti-hybrid rules, loan relationships, IP and Pillar 2).
• Qualification via ATT/ACA/CA/CTA preferred.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, win work proactively and grow existing client base.
• Deliver technically complex advisory projects with a practical/commercial focus and high quality service.
• Lead and develop client engagement teams, supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate internally and with EY global teams to capture opportunities and drive performance.
