Job summary

Qualifications

• CTA or ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience within corporate tax, either in practice or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of international tax principles and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Expertise in transfer pricing, tax reporting and corporate tax compliance.
• Experience identifying and optimising tax reliefs and incentives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Insights' global tax strategy aligned to growth ambitions.
• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on international tax matters including transfer pricing.
• Identify tax incentives and relief opportunities, including international programmes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on expansion, restructurings and acquisitions.
• Manage relationships with external advisers and regulatory authorities.
• Lead tax forecasting, reporting and planning across the Group.
• Monitor legislation and ensure governance and risk management improvements.
