Talent Smart Limited is seeking an experienced Tax Director to own international tax audits, planning, restructuring and strategic projects across jurisdictions outside the US. You will report to the Senior Director - Non-US Taxes, balancing technical depth with commercial impact.

You will lead complex disputes, guide cross-border transactions and drive process improvements across the tax function, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring robust controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in related tax field.
• CPA/CTA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Extensive experience in corporate income tax and international planning.
• Proven ability to lead and develop tax professionals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead international tax strategy, planning and restructuring across non-US jurisdictions.
• Direct management of international tax audits, disputes and investigations.
• Provide tax leadership on cross-border M&A, divestitures and transactions.
• Oversee international corporate tax compliance and governance.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Treasury and FP&A to align priorities.
• Identify process improvements, data quality and technology-enabled solutions.
• Develop and guide a team of tax professionals and set clear priorities.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, advisors and tax authorities.
