Job summary

Eton Bridge Partners Ltd is partnering with a highly successful FTSE-listed consumer business to appoint a Head of Tax Compliance & Reporting in Leicestershire. This newly created leadership role sits as the clear number two within the Group Tax function, owning tax reporting, compliance and governance across a complex multinational.

Responsibilities include leading IFRS tax accounting, VAT and customs compliance, and driving tax process improvements and automation while managing relationships

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualified experience in tax reporting, compliance and governance (likely CTA/ACA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS tax accounting and tax disclosures.
• Experience in a listed multinational or large complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFRS-based tax reporting including current and deferred tax provisions and ETR management.
• Oversee UK and international corporate tax compliance activities.
• Review tax budgets, forecasts and cash tax projections.
• Provide leadership across corporate tax, VAT and customs compliance.
