Job summary

Brambles seeks a skilled Talent Manager to shape talent identification, development, and mobility across our global organisation. You will partner with regional leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to enable a transparent, skills-focused talent ecosystem and drive internal mobility.

You will work with senior leaders to embed scalable talent processes, influence workforce strategy, and deliver meaningful career opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in Talent Management, Talent Development or Learning & Development.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders within a matrixed organisation.
• Experience driving talent initiatives, workforce planning activities, or internal mobility programmes.
• Ability to navigate complexity, work through ambiguity, and identify where intervention can drive the greatest talent outcomes.
• Passion for creating career opportunities and fostering a culture of growth, development, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between Talent Management and global functions including Digital, Technology Services, Legal, Communications, HR, and Strategy.
• Champion initiatives that increase internal applications and career movement, creating greater awareness of opportunities across the organisation.
• Help build transparency around employee skills, experiences, and capabilities, enabling better talent and workforce planning decisions.
• Collaborate with Regional Talent Directors and Talent teams to support a more fluid, consistent, and effective talent management process.
• Support leaders in identifying, developing, and deploying talent through robust talent insights and meaningful workforce conversations.
