Job summary

Brambles is recruiting a Talent Manager, Enterprise Functions to shape how talent is identified, developed, and mobilised across our global organisation. You will partner with regional Talent leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to build a transparent, skills-focused talent ecosystem and drive internal mobility.

The role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and broad talent expertise to enable growth, workforce planning, and career opportunities across regions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in Talent Management, Talent Development or Learning & Development.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders within a matrixed organisation.
• Experience driving talent initiatives, workforce planning activities, or internal mobility programmes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between Talent Management and global functions including Digital, Technology Services, Legal, Communications, HR, and Strategy.
• Champion initiatives that increase internal applications and career movement, creating greater awareness of opportunities across the organisation.
• Help build transparency around employee skills, experiences, and capabilities, enabling better talent and workforce planning decisions.
• Collaborate with Regional Talent Directors and Talent teams to support a more fluid, consistent, and effective talent management process.
