Job summary

Rotork in Bath seeks a Global Talent Manager to shape the future by building leadership, capability and talent pipelines. You will drive succession planning, performance management and leadership development, ensuring the right people are in the right roles for opportunities ahead.

This standalone role reports into the Head of Talent and Culture and collaborates with HR and Talent Acquisition to align with long-term business goals. A strong track record in global talent initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

  • Full right to work in the UK without the need of future sponsorship
  • Resides within a commutable distance of our Bath office
  • Previous experience having worked in a dedicated Talent Management team within a large organisation
  • Responsible for succession planning or performance programmes and engaging with senior stakeholders through said process
  • Expertise of talent assessment, performance management and succession methodologies, with the ability to identify, develop and accelerate future leaders
  • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships to influence and challenge leaders, to make talent and people decisions
  • Proven ability to lead global initiatives, and balance multiple priorities, delivering high‑impact results in a fast‑paced environment
