Qualifications

• In-house talent partner or specialist agency recruiter with proven full-cycle hiring.
• Skilled in sourcing strategy and building talent pipelines.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, and analytics.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers, candidate assessments, and offers.
• Experience supporting global hiring with speed, rigor, and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close.
• Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and referrals.
• Recruit technical, AI, machine learning, computer vision, and go-to-market talent across global markets.
