Job Description:
Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires on board. They will recruit through job sites and other strategies to source talented candidates via various channels and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the head of HR to plan and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy.
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, using recruitment systems or headhunting.
- Collaborate with company leaders to anticipate future employment needs.
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, calls, interviews).
- Utilize various methods to recruit and network, including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
- Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged.
- Handle all hiring paperwork for new employees.
- Prepare onboarding plans and assist new hires during their initial start.
- Coordinate with HR on equipment needs and logins for new hires.
- Create onboarding schedules with hiring managers and organize training sessions.
- Greet new hires on their first day and conduct orientation.
- Perform regular check-ins with new hires during their probationary period.
- Generate updates for leadership about talent acquisition initiatives.
- Communicate with HR to align on hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Propose ideas to improve talent acquisition activities.
- Research compensation benchmarks to stay competitive.
- Collaborate with HR on other programs and initiatives.
- Assist with international recruitment projects.
Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter preferred.
- HR certification is strongly preferred.
- Understanding UK & EU contract labor requirements is essential.
- Deep knowledge of candidate selection methods.
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Creative, proactive problem solver.
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude.
