Job Description:
Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires on board. They will recruit through job sites and utilize other strategies to source talented candidates via various channels and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the head of HR to plan and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy.
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, using recruitment systems or headhunting.
- Collaborate with company leaders to strategize and anticipate future employment needs.
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.).
- Utilize various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and environment.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Manage candidate pools to keep qualified candidates engaged for current or future opportunities.
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
- Prepare pre-start employee onboarding and assist new hires during their initial start.
- Coordinate with HR on necessary company equipment and logins for new hires.
- Create onboarding plans with hiring managers and schedule 1:1 meetings and training sessions.
- Greet new hires on their first day and conduct orientation.
- Conduct regular check-ins with new hires during probation.
- Generate updates for leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with HR to align hiring needs with organizational goals.
- Suggest ideas to improve talent acquisition activities.
- Research compensation benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the HR department on other HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with other international recruitment projects.
Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter preferred.
- Professional HR certification is strongly preferred.
- Understanding UK & EU contract labor requirements is essential.
- Deep knowledge of candidate selection methods.
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude.
