Job summary

ADE Recruitment Limited is seeking a Systems Programme Manager in Cumbria to coordinate multiple global activities from order to shipment. You will lead project planning and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant execution of customer orders.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience in project scheduling, and the ability to drive improvements across processes. A competitive salary is offered along with a company pension and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in can making or machine building is advantageous.
• Strong planning, analysis and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple global activities and manage project life cycles end-to-end.
• Review contracts and chair weekly project review meetings with leads.
• Develop detailed project schedules and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Communicate with customers throughout all project stages and manage changes.
• Oversee resource allocations, capacity planning and software systems usage.
