Full Job Description

Corin is a growing global orthopaedic innovation business, with a vision to revolutionize the field by integrating advanced robotic and AI technologies (Apollo, OMNIBotics, and OPS) for planning, implementation, and continuous learning, combined with clinically proven hip and knee implants. We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Programme Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our operations.

The key purpose of the Global Supply Chain Programme Manager is to design, plan, manage, and deliver strategic projects on time and within budget that will continuously improve our global supply chain function. The role requires generating creative solutions to balance operational, financial, and sustainability metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage activities including project management and business analysis within the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as senior management, functional leaders, NPI, and IT to identify and prioritize initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of existing processes and develop sustainable improvements.
  • Develop change management plans to prepare teams for project-induced changes.
  • Monitor and report project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with projects.
  • Ensure innovative solutions are effectively deployed across Corin with proper handover to teams.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and third-party resources for project delivery.
  • Evaluate project success post-completion, incorporating lessons learned into best practices.
  • Use root cause analysis to proactively identify deviations and performance issues.
  • Manage key metrics related to supply chain continuity, inventory, and costs.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and initiate corrective activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with purchasing and supplier quality teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, SCM, Logistics, Business, or related field, or extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain roles.
  • Project management certification (Prince II, Agile) preferred.
  • Experience managing complex projects and programs.
  • Proficiency in change management, risk management, negotiation, and mitigation.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Strong root cause analysis skills at strategic and functional levels.
  • High proficiency with planning systems, including MRP, and understanding system optimization.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Business acumen, judgment, and commercial sensitivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with senior management.
