• Experience working with ERP systems in a customer service or supply chain environment.
• Ability to map, document and improve end-to-end process flows.
• Strong written and verbal communication for training and support.

Responsibilities

• Govern Customer LTCs and D365 BC parameters with cross-functional teams.
• Map current and future state supply chain processes across multiple domains.
• Create SOPs, process flows and training materials; deliver user training as needed.
• Support supply chain reporting, data quality and open order analysis.
• Assist with expansion projects including D365 optimisation and rollout.
