Job summary

Alcedo Selection is partnered with a global graphics leader seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to drive end-to-end planning, stock control, and logistics from Lancaster. The role leads demand and supply planning, capacity and network management, and S&OP across multiple brands to meet customer demand and optimize cost-to-serve.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in supply planning in global/matrix environments, with strong analytics, ERP/APS proficiency, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field plus 10+ years in supply planning or supply chain roles.
• Experience with S&OP processes in global/matrix environments.
• Strong data analytics, forecasting, and use of ERP/APS tools required.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning, supply planning, and stock management across networks.
• Oversee logistics, capacity planning, and regional S&OP leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
