Job summary

Alcedo Selection Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution for three brands in a graphics business. You will head demand planning, supply planning, stock management, logistics, capacity planning, and the S&OP process, aligning market demand with operational capability and cost to serve.

Reporting to the Graphics Operations Director, you will consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Procurement and Finance to build a single,

Qualifications

• Analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends and forecast.
• Excellent communication to manage consensus across stakeholders.
• Proficiency with demand planning tools, ERP/APS and Power BI.
• Strong business acumen in supply chain, cost-to-serve principles.
• Leadership capable of guiding cross-functional discussions and alignment.
• Problem-solving and adaptability to changing capacity and network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full S&OP process with demand and supply reviews and cross-functional alignment.
• Consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Procurement and Finance.
• Create accurate forecasts using historical data and commercial input.
• Build mid- and long-term supply plans across coating, converting and warehouse locations.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure reliable delivery performance.
• Maintain capacity models and identify constraints to improve throughput.
