Job summary

CSafe is seeking a procurement and supply chain professional to maintain MRP-driven purchasing, manage demand, and optimize supplier relationships. The role involves placing POs, updating ERP systems, and working with internal teams to secure best value.

The ideal candidate has ERP/MRP experience, strong English communication, and a capability to analyze data in Power BI and SQL. An emphasis on collaboration and process improvement is included in the role.

Qualifications

• Strong IT literacy and experience with ERP systems and MRP outputs.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or related function.
• CIPS Level 4 or equivalent qualification or in progress.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to influence internal/external stakeholders and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP demand information and place Purchase Orders per procedures.
• Communicate changes to demand or delivery dates to stakeholders and update Sage X3.
• Regularly review safety stocks and MRP parameters to meet business needs.
• Approve supplier invoices and resolve related queries promptly.
• Identify improvements in business processes with stakeholders.
• Benchmark commodities or landed costs to obtain best value for the business.
• Continuously review the market for potential new vendors.
