Impact Recruitment Services is working with a growing international business to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator for an office-based role in Kettering. You will support the Supply Chain, Compliance and Regulatory teams, coordinating orders, shipments and documentation to ensure smooth product launches.

The role involves handling international shipments, maintaining records, and assisting with supplier and product certification processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supply chain, logistics, procurement or shipping administration role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Confident with spreadsheets and internal business systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders, sales orders and shipping documents.
• Organise courier collections and track shipments globally.
• Prepare documentation for product testing and certifications.
• Maintain accurate product, compliance and supplier records.
• Support new product launches by setting up product information and internal systems.
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to keep work moving.
