You will develop and implement an integrated framework to identify, assess and mitigate supplier risks across regions and business lines, driving resilience and governance in a global supply base.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement experience with strategic sourcing, category management and supplier management.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Analytical capability to turn data into clear actions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across cultures.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Membership of CIPS, CPSM or CPM, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global supplier risk management framework.
• Establish a consistent approach to supplier risk across regions and lines of business.
• Support the development of supply chain risk governance and interfaces with Enterprise Risk Management.
• Establish guidelines, standards, metrics and recommendations to strengthen supplier resilience.
• Develop supplier risk intelligence and watchtower capabilities.
• Build collaboration models with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Use data, reporting and performance insight to assess risk exposure and mitigation.
• Deliver training across Procurement on supplier risk processes and governance.
• Leverage benchmarking, market intelligence and industry best practice to strengthen supplier risk.
• Help shape the future direction and oversight of Supplier Risk Management.
