MSD is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Program Manager to oversee operational planning, feasibility, and execution of global clinical trials. The role may lead trial teams, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve study goals.

The candidate should have extensive clinical development experience, strong GCP/ICH knowledge, and proven leadership in a matrix environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in pharma, clinical drug development, project management, and/or medical field experience.
• Master's degree and 3+ years in pharma, clinical drug development, project management, and/or medical field experience.
• PhD/PharmD degree or life sciences degree is acceptable.

Mansioni

• Plan, feasibility, and execute clinical trials; oversee operational planning and timelines.
• May serve as clinical trial team lead and manage study planning elements.
• Lead timeline management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including study teams, country teams, vendors, and committees.
