Talentmark are recruiting for a Global Studies Asset Manager to join a pharmaceutical company on a 6‑month contract. The role is hybrid, with up to 3 days on site and the rest working from home.

You will coordinate and deliver the study management aspects of a group of studies, drive operational innovation, and oversee KPI development and vendor relationships. Phase 3 experience is required.

Formación

• Extensive operations experience in life sciences.
• Study management planning and execution from concept to database lock.
• Experience in Phase 3 is a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver study management for a group of studies within a portfolio.
• Drive innovation in clinical operations and new approaches.
• Build and role model study partnership behaviours with CRO partners to maximise expertise.
• Develop and oversee KPIs (quality and operational) using tracking systems.
• Lead third-party vendor selection, setup, oversight and close-out to ensure delivery.

Role:

• Coordinate and deliver the study management aspects of a group of studies within an asset’s portfolio.
• Drive innovation in clinical operations by thinking of and contributing to the implementation of new approaches.
• Build and role model effective study partnership behaviors and mindsets with your TA aligned CRO partner to ensure we maximize expertise.
• Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs, quality and operational) for areas of responsibility by using company tracking systems.
• Lead third-party vendor selection, vendor identification set-up, and oversight and close-out to ensure delivery to contract.

Your Background:

• Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
• Extensive and relevant operations experience in life sciences.
• Study management operational planning and execution exposure from concept through to database lock.
• Experience in Phase 3 is a requirement.
