Job summary

3Search is seeking a Studio Traffic Manager to bring order and efficiency to a fast-moving, globally distributed creative studio. You will oversee the flow of work across social, digital, campaigns, events and more, coordinating with designers, project teams and senior leadership to keep work on track.

The role requires an organiser who can see dependencies, prioritise effectively and maintain calm under pressure, ensuring the right people work on the right tasks at the right time.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the flow of creative work through a busy studio, agency or in-house environment.
• Strong planning and prioritisation to manage competing deadlines.
• Good awareness of capacity and bottlenecks to optimise workload.
• Ability to coordinate across designers, project managers and leadership.
• Familiarity with workflow or project management platforms and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and teams to keep projects aligned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studio traffic and workflow across multiple disciplines and teams.
• Coordinate priorities, stages and handoffs to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
• Balance deadlines, resource, quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Support leadership in implementing efficient processes and structure for the studio.
• Act as a calm, organised point of reference in a fast-moving environment.
