• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in coding with SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong track record of owning and delivering complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller parts.
• Enjoy working with data and curiosity about the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth.
• Lead and execute core infrastructure projects.
• Define which projects to prioritise and set timelines.
• Identify new features to improve customer experience.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems.
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate terms.
