Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Group is seeking a proactive banking professional to support origination and execution activities in a collaborative team environment. You will prepare client presentations, conduct financial and credit analyses for M&A, LBO, and financing transactions, and work with Credit, Legal, Compliance, and product teams including DCM, ECM, and M&A.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance & Economics required.
1-3 years of experience in the role.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and databases.
Proficiency with MS Office and external information providers (Factset, Moody's, Pitchbook, Bloomberg, Mergermarket).

Responsibilities

Prepare client presentations and marketing materials for origination.
Conduct financial and credit analyses for M&A, LBO, and financing transactions.
Collaborate with Credit, Legal, Compliance, and product teams (DCM, ECM, M&A).
Support client meetings and help identify new business and cross-selling opportunities.
Assist execution teams during credit approval and with NDAs, CRM updates, and monitoring.
