Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets or related field.
• Master's degree in Finance, Business or Economics is preferred.
• Strong interest in equities, capital markets and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the ECM coverage effort for clients across industries and countries.
• Collaborate closely with other corporate finance and capital markets teams within the Bank (IB coverage and industry teams, DCM, M&A, Structured Finance).
• Follow market environment, analyze profiles of potential ECM issuers and identify opportunities and capital needs.
• Prepare marketing materials and other transaction documentation.
• Gain client exposure and participate in meetings with corporates and investors.
• Participate in the execution of ECM transactions.
• Opportunity to mentor and train junior people.
