Job summary

The Bamford Collection is seeking an International Spa Trainer based in Kingham, Gloucestershire. You will design and deliver global training programmes for retail and spa partners across the UK and internationally, delivering spa treatments, rituals and product education to therapists and teams.

You will travel to support openings, launches and ongoing education, ensuring brand standards and premium experiences.

Qualifications

Experience delivering training within luxury retail, beauty, wellness or spa environments.
Hands-on spa treatment experience.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Understanding of luxury customer service and spa operations.
Ability to travel regularly across UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global training framework for Bamford's wholesale retail and spa partners.
Create onboarding, certification and continuous development programmes for partners.
Deliver training on Bamford spa treatments, rituals and wellbeing practices.
Design and deliver product training covering ingredients, benefits and sustainability.
Build relationships with partner teams and support partner success and commercial performance.
Measure training effectiveness and update manuals and learning content.
